Jasper Lensselink Photography

- Creating Your Images -

Jasper Lensselink (1977) graduated as a mechanical engineer from the Hogeschool van Amsterdam in 2002. With a keen interest for sustainable energy, he started working at the Energy Research Centre of the Netherlands in Petten. Although he had been taking photographs for years, his real passion for photography started in 2005. To further develop his skills as a photographer, he started taking courses at The Fotofactory in Amsterdam, where he graduated Vocational Training in 2007.
Living an energetic life as an engineer and photographer made him think about what road to take in life.
After working at the Energy Research Centre of the Netherlands for seven years, Jasper decided to quit his job in January 2009, and travel around the globe instead. Returning home after 365 days made him realise that dreams can only come true if one dares to chase them by following one’s heart.
Jasper started working as a professional full-time photographer in early 2010.
